OKCupid has given up on me (and the feeling is mutual)

So I think OKC is now sick of me, and in return I am definitely at my low point with it.

On its end it has stopped giving me new matches in my "quiver" (very poor word choice on their part for sure but think of a quiver in the bow and arrow sense, a la Cupid). Normally they have 3 people who for some strange reason they think I might like. It never works out and I always end up rejecting the matches (and I'm not alone, I've heard from other friends that their "quiver" (eww -- right?) matches are never very good either). BUT OKC has now just stopped giving me new matches. It's been over a week and my quiver remains empty. (I feel like after typing the word "quiver" I have to add a parenthetical disclaimer expressing my disgust after every usage, if you haven't noticed.) Also, while running a search for eligible gentleman tonight I got something on the screen saying that they had run out of people which (paraphrasing) "never happens, unless your search request is too crazy." Is wanting to find a 25-32 year old single guy with at least a college degree and no children w/in 25 miles of Ann Arbor really that crazy?

So anyway OKC the feeling is mutual. There is literally not one person I am interested in on that site. I'm not deactivating my account or anything, and I plan to still keep on blogging when I receive weird messages, but other than that my hope for finding anything beyond fodder for my blog has definitely faded. It has also just been a kind of depressing experience. I have only included the highlights on here (for all of your enjoyment). For every blogworthy guy there are at least 20 average to boring to mediocre to nice enough guys who for whatever reason I have no interest in.
